Validity starts on your first connection in Turkey — not when you buy and not when you install. Not sure your phone supports eSIM?

Most eSIM shops are blocked in Turkey. Ours isn't.

Since July 2025 the websites and apps of more than 50 international eSIM sellers cannot be opened from a Turkish connection. An eSIM installed at home still works — but once you land, you can no longer buy or top up with them. We sell and support ours from Istanbul.

Why buy from us
  • Reachable after you land

Our shop, your top-ups and our support open on a Turkish connection — airport Wi‑Fi included.

  • A real Turkish network

Türk Telekom, one of Turkey's three national operators — 5G where it is available, 4G everywhere else.

  • No passport, no paperwork

No ID check and no shop queue. The 120-day IMEI rule does not touch a normal holiday.

Three steps. Only the last one happens in Turkey.

You can install the eSIM up to 180 days before you travel.

  1. Step 1At home

    Choose your plan

Pick the data and the number of days. Pay in pounds, euros or dollars — no account needed.

  2. Step 2At home

    Scan the QR code

Your eSIM arrives by email within seconds. Install it at home, before you fly. Installing does not start the clock.

  3. Step 3In Turkey

    Land and switch it on

Turn on data roaming for the new line when you arrive. Validity begins at the first network connection.

Questions travellers actually ask

Is eSIM banned in Turkey?

No. eSIM technology is legal and works normally. What has been blocked since July 2025 is the websites and apps of more than 50 international eSIM sellers. An eSIM installed before arrival keeps working; what breaks is buying a new one or topping up an existing one once you are in the country.

Can I buy an eSIM after I land in Turkey?

With most providers, no — you will not be able to open their site or app. That is exactly the gap we exist to close: our shop and checkout are reachable from a Turkish connection, including airport Wi‑Fi.

Which Turkish network will I connect to?

Türk Telekom, one of Turkey's three national operators. Your phone picks the fastest technology available, up to 5G.

When does my plan start counting?

At the first connection to a Turkish network — not when you pay and not when you install. You can install the profile up to 180 days ahead, which is why we tell everyone to do it before the flight.

Can I top up when my data runs out?

Yes. Data plans can be topped up on the same eSIM — no new QR code — and the unlimited plan can be extended by days. Because we operate from Turkey, the top-up page opens on your Turkish connection.

Which phones support eSIM?

Most phones released from 2018 onwards, including iPhone XS/XR and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. The handset must also be carrier-unlocked. Dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.

Will my phone work?

Two checks, less than a minute.

  1. 1

    Dial *#06#

If an EID number shows up on the screen, your phone supports eSIM.

  2. 2

    Make sure it is unlocked

A phone locked to your home operator cannot use another provider's eSIM. Phones bought outright are usually unlocked; if yours came with a contract, ask your operator.
